Samoa Rugby League World Cup Squad

Samoa have named a strong squad to contest the 2008 rugby league World Cup.
The lineup contains twelve NRL-based players, while eight English Super League stars were also selected.
Samoa's strength is undoubtedly in the backrow - the footwork and offloading ability of David Solomona, Ali Lauititi and Lagi Setu will pose a huge threat to the opposition.
However, a question mark remains over the quality of their halves, with Bulldogs playmaker Ben Roberts the only recognised halfback or five-eighth in the team. Nigel Vagana (pictured holding the trophy) may have to play out of position in the number six jersey.
