The Brisbane Broncos' player exodus has continued with second rower Greg Eastwood joining English Super League club Leeds Rhinos on a lucrative 3 year deal.
The 21 year old notched 60 first grade matches for the Broncos since his debut off the bench in 2005.
He has also represented New Zealand on three occasions.
CEO Bruno Cullen said the Rhinos presented an offer that Eastwood couldn't refuse.
"They've made him a very good offer, they've advised us of that and they've requested us to consider a release for him," Cullen told The Daily Telegraph.
"We don't want to stand in his way. He's been good for us this year, he's played more games than anyone else and we saw him as having a bright future. But he is only young. Who knows, he might be back."
Eastwood joins Ben Hannant, Denan Kemp, Michael Ennis, Tonie Carroll, Joel Moon, Shane Perry, Rodney Davies, Reece Robinson and Darius Boyd as players leaving the Broncos at the end of the season.
